Our timetable is meticulously calculated, planned and reviewed constantly. We organise it as realistically as possible, plotting individual timetables for each registration of our aircraft with specific departure times, turnaround times, taxi times all considered and factored into the official timetable. One thing notable is that our pilots are able to fly whatever route they would like on whichever real-world day they would like. To allow for people's busy lives, work and schedules. But this does not in any way stop us rewarding pilots who fly specific routes with the correct aircraft, registration and day of the week. PIREP bonuses are applied to those who complete a flight with the correct parameters.
